Baranovabeautyproject ships your orders directly to the address you provide, via courier. Our team is committed to preparing and shipping each package as quickly as possible.
⏱ Delivery times
Order preparation normally takes 1 business day.
- 📍 Northern and Central Italy : 3–4 working days
- 📍 South and Islands : up to 5–7 working days
- 📍 Europe : 4 to 7 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on the area and any delays by the courier. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure.
📦 Verification upon delivery
Upon delivery, we invite you to:
- ✉️ Check that the package is intact
- 📑 Check that the contents match the order
Any problems must be reported on the delivery document and confirmed within 24 hours to info.baranovabeautyproject@gmail.com
⏰ Delivery time slots
Deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday to Friday), approximately between 8:00 and 13:00 and between 14:00 and 17:00.
📬 Missed collection
Please make sure you are available at the address provided: any costs for failed delivery will be your responsibility.
